Bosworth Day Festival at St Peter's Church Carmarthen

The Friends of St Peter's Church in Carmarthen proudly present their third annual Bosworth Day celebration which will be held from 10am to 4pm Admissison to the festival is free of charge. On the day there will be a Medieval Camp with Knights roaming the church grounds and a opportunity to get close to a falcon with the birds of prey display. There will be tours of the tower so don't forget your camera as you'll witness the best view of Carmarthen town. After you've climbed the tower, there will be tea and cake available in the Vestry. We'll be welcoming Dr Susan Fern, author of 'The Man Who Killed Richard III' who will be giving a talk near the tomb of Sir Rhys ap Thomas. Members of the public will have for one day only the chance to see the William Morgan Welsh Bible dated 1620. Please come and show your support to this event, St Peter's is a Church with a never ending story to tell and we need your support to keep our doors open.
