Click and Collect Library Service

Library services in Carmarthenshire are set to return with a new innovative click and click and collect service from July 1st 2020

Library members will be able to order a selection of books from the councils libraries at Carmarthen, Ammanford and Llanelli.

For those who are still sheilding in line with Welsh Government guidance the council will be able to deliever your books straight to your door via a delievery service that is currently being developed.

Library members will be able to pre-order titles through an online catalogue or by phoning a dedicated library phone line where they will be offered a choice of subjects and genres

Staff will then provide an allocated time slot for library members to collect their books from one of the three town centre libraries or arrange for them to be delivered if required.

Collections and deliveries will strictly by appointment only and at set times to ensure the safety of staff and visitors

This service will remain in place until libraries can resume normal operations, although there is no timescale yet for when that will be.

The new click and collect service becomes available from July 1st 2020 via this website: www.carmarthenshire.gov.wales/libraries or by phone 01267 234567
