Kidwelly Lunch Club

Here at the Kidwelly Community Hub we run lots of groups for members of the community to get involved in, one of the groups that the Hub runs is the monthly Lunch Club.

The lunch club is for people who are in social isolation or have dementia/ memory problems. The club is held at the Princess Gwenllian Centre, in partnership with Glanmorfa Care Home who provide the lunch. For those who are in need of a lift, Burns in the Community provide free mini bus transport.

The varied two course set menu which costs £5 per person has been enjoyed by over 30+ people each month since 2017. Everyone who attends enjoys the social aspect in a informal environment. As well as a two course lunch, there is also a monthly raffle and entertainment.

The club is on the Last Thursday every month from 12.30-2.00pm.
