Kidwelly Luncheon Club

A Luncheon Club for older residents and for people in social isolation living in the Kidwelly area is run once a month at the Princess Gwenllian Centre in partnership with Kidwelly based Glanmorfa Care Home who provide lunch. For those who need a lift, Burns in the Community provide free mini bus transport. Volunteers from the Kidwelly Hub serve out the lunches. It is funded by Kidwelly Town Council in partnership with Burns Pet Nutrition.

The varied two course menu costing £5 per person has been enjoyed by 30+ people each month since 2017. The Luncheon Club is on the last Thursday of every month from 12.30pm- 2pm Everyone who attends, enjoys the social aspect, including entertainment and monthly raffle.
